This page sets out the terms that govern your use of NabuX. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.
What NabuX is
NabuX is an interactive learning platform — a learning game — that teaches AI concepts through a small explorable world with a playable Atlas and short missions built on real, server-graded questions.
Your account
Using NabuX requires an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you suspect it has been compromised.
XP, coins, and cosmetics
Experience points (XP), NabuCoins, and explorer cosmetics are granted purely as part of the play experience. They are not real currency, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money. We may adjust or reset them for game-balance or abuse-prevention reasons.
No pay-to-win
The Explorer and Cartographer paid plans unlock additional content regions in the Atlas only. Streaks, quests, badges, and cosmetics stay available through genuine progress alone for every player, subscribed or not — none of them will ever sit behind a paywall.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are handled through our payment provider, Stripe. When you subscribe, you are charged the price shown on the secure checkout page at the time of purchase, and your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel it.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management portal on the billing page. Your access to paid regions continues through the period you already paid for, then your account automatically reverts to the free plan. See the refund page for more detail.
Deleting your account
You can delete your own account from your profile page after confirming your password. This is final: it signs you out on every device and erases your email address, display name, password and Navigator conversations. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is removed and what stays in anonymous form.
Changes to the service
NabuX is still early. We may add, change, or retire features — including Atlas content itself — over time. We will try to notify you of any material change to these terms or to paid content you have subscribed to.
